JOB: Blissful Knead is hiring a Spa Coordinator!
Blissful Knead Spa has immediate openings for a Spa Coordinator, Front Desk and Sales Associate for our upscale day spa located in the heart of Burien, WA.
We are looking for customer-oriented staff who want to grow with our company.
It is active work and fast work when we are busy, so if you prefer to sit at a desk and somewhere slow it would not be a good choice.
As a Spa Coordinator, Front Desk and Sales Associate, you will report to the Director of Operations and will:

- Provide a positive luxury experience for all customers
- Ensure customer comfort and safety at all times
- Respond to phones, emails, texts and online meeting requests
- Manage scheduling and appointments to maximize spa capacity
- Sell monthly subscription program, spa packages and retail items
- Build relationships with customers to retain and grow business by providing excellent service
- Participate in spa activities including staff meetings, promotions and training
- Do laundry – Maintain spa facilities and equipment
- Perform assigned executive assistant duties
- Be a reliable and punctual member of the *team*
- Have a good *positive* professional attitude
- Must have reliable transportation
- You must be vaccinated against COVID19. Experience in reception, reception and / or sales, an asset!
Job type: Full time
Salary: $21.00 per hour
